Mr. ANANDA GANESAN is the founder of Kaizen. He has been a visionary leader and has over 15 years of rich and varied experience in the Real Estate & construction business.
At the beginning, he is a software engineer. But for his passion in the construction field he quit his IT job and studied MS in Construction Management at UK. After then he start his construction company on 2012. He is constantly pushing the firm to innovate more to deliver better products and experiences. Under his guidance, supervision and mentorship, today Kaizen is a young and dynamic company and we have gained an rapid momentum and reputation as one of the trusted brand in South Chennai. His vision to transform peoples life by providing quality eco-friendly home’s at an modest price helped many hundreds of customer’s fulfil their dream to own their dream home.
